– Severe pronation or pes planus
– Ankle arthritis or DJD (Degenerative Joint Disease)
– Charcot foot
– Ankle, subtalar, or midtarsal trauma
– Chronic achilles tendinitis

Casting Instructions
Semi-weight bearing, 90 degree cast, above the height of the finished brace required for optimal fit
