– Adult acquired flatfoot stage III & IV
– Mild PTTD (Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction)
– Talocalcanial varus or valgus
– Mild to moderate DJD (Degenerative Joint Disease)
– Ankle instability
– Mild to moderate pronation
– Mild to moderate supination
– Trauma

Features
– Custom molded 4mm polypropylene foot & ankle plate
– Prefabricated uprights allow for minimal casting – required only above the malleoli
– Soft lining

– Patients who require active support and fully customizable control while maintaining full ankle joint range of motion

Casting Instructions
Suspension casting accepted. Cast just proximal of malleoli is accepted. Prefabricated struts allow minimal suspension casting.
